Coaching is a collaboration; it is a true team effort. I can help you develop an actionable strategy, break out of old habits, work past limiting beliefs, and get stuff done. But, I can’t do your work for you. I can encourage, motivate and develop strategies, but only you can actually take the steps you need to take.

If you commit to the process, the process works. Coaching requires transparency, accountability and commitment - if you’re ready to put in the work and the time, then coaching will guide you to rediscover your magic. The transformation will be inevitable.

I am flexible with payment plans, I honor individuals who are committed to their change and if that means having to pay via a payment plan then I am here for it and honor your commitment.

It's undeniable that we're living in unprecedented times. A moment in history where we have all experienced some level of fear, anxiety and uncertainty about what lies ahead. And within that, collectively we are realizing that we have been living on autopilot, in the old PUSH PUSH PUSH GO GO GO mentality and disconnected from our intuition and true desires. It’s the time to be INTENTIONAL.
While lock down may be “over”, we are struggling to go back to our "old routines", stuck in the stress of this collective unsettlement, and wondering why we can't keep up with our commitments, workouts or "self-care" routines. That unsettling feeling is still very present and we are starting to realize that we have been called to move through life differently and that our old life is no longer compatible with how we feel inside.

Initially, I recommend scheduling a free call to make sure it’s a good fit! I want to make sure I am able to best support you and it’s just as important that you feel that I am the right coach for you. Once we decide to work together, we will discuss what areas you would like to work on, gain clarity on your purpose and desires, and then set goals together. This is when the real work starts! I will be your biggest support and help with accountability.

The length of coaching varies, we are all unique and have different needs. I recommend we talk about this during your discovery call to make sure you have the best support for your specific needs. But don’t worry — When our work together is coming to an end we will set goals to best support your next steps and review all the positive changes that have taken place.

It’s important to note that coaching is not therapy. Coaching focuses on assistance with identify life goals, guidance with creating steps to reach the goals, and having accountability with follow up sessions aimed at accomplishing steps to reach the goals. The focus with coaching is on behaviors and goal oriented mindset. Psychotherapy focuses on thoughts, feelings, and behaviors related to mental health symptoms and treating symptoms. Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health disorders or symptoms.

When you know, you just know. The partnership has to feel right for both parties involved. I lead with intentionality and choose to focus on the essence of connection to the self, the higher self. I will create a safe space where vulnerability is welcomed and embraced. Vulnerability will lead to accountability, intentionality, connection and ultimately purpose.
